Our Terms & Conditions:

The following T's & C's govern the supply of goods sold by Newline Plastics Ltd whose registered office is Unit 12 Enterprise Court, Metcalf Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 7RW.

For the purposes of identification, the terms 'us, we, our' and the Company will refer to Newline Plastics Ltd. The term 'you' will refer to the customer of Newline Plastics Ltd.

All orders placed by you are governed by these Terms & Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us upon delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us. Please note that the processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

 

Deliveries:

All deliveries are carried out by our team in company vehicles unless specified otherwise. We aim for same, or next working day, local delivery subject to stock levels and existing orders. Should this not be possible, we will make contact as soon as possible where valid contact details have been provided. It's vital all deliveries are checked and any issues are reported within 24 hours. Every step will be taken to ensure deliveries arrive when specified, we will not accept any claim for losses incurred through delay, broken or missing items leading to downtime or delay. Responsibility lies with the purchaser for ensuring someone is onsite to sign for items, re-delivery costs will be at your expense.

Cancellations & Returns:

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund providing we're notified via sales@newlineplastics.co.uk with your order number prior to dispatch. For returns, items must be brought back to us within 5 working days, in original packaging and resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund. Outside of this period a re-stocking charge of 20% will be incurred on all items being returned. We reserve the right to decline re-stocking when items are returned outside the set parameters. No returns are possible outside of 30 days.

Liability:

Should an error occur we will endeavour to rectify the issue subject to stock levels, availability and the parameters set out above. Should we not be able to meet requirements a refund can be processed. We will have no liability to pay compensation other than refunding the cost of the order. Neither will we be held liable, in any event, for any consequential losses.
